Previous Wrestledreams did 8k and 7k yikes.

Hangman’s title reign is hitting constant lows. Samoa Joe is the man but fans are gonna rightfully see him as a filler opponent.

Darby going off to climb Everest killed a lot of the initial hype for his feud with Moxley. Moxley lost the top title and the D-Riders aren’t being featured as the top heel group anymore.

TK should consider building up some hype by having Statlander/Storm main event so he can get the “First women’s match to main event a PPV” company accolade out of the way.

In a different place 🤦🏼‍♂️

They shouldn’t have gone to St Louis, that’s all there is to this. We already know it’s a shit wrestling market.

Weren’t you bragging about the biggest All Out ever which occurred in a DIFFERENT COUNTRY from the others just a month ago? 🤣🤣

Um, yeah? 😂

Promoter takes his promotion to a better market = good

Promoter books shit place in comparison to previous place = bad (but not automatically a reflection on current Champ or the product)

They did 6600 in this same city and venue in 2024 for a PPV. Now people are hoping they get to 5k for WrestleDream. That’s called a “decline.” Try again.

You are the one calling it a “shit wrestling market” but now we need to wait until show time to see how abysmal it is? 😂
You don't give them any credit when they do draw a big crowd, you actively try to deflect from it, so why should anyone take you seriously when they don't draw a big number, your agenda is obvious, good number or big number you're gonna shit on it regardless.

I’ve just stayed out of this section lately. All it is now are the same 5-6 dudes that hate the company and want to see it fail jerking each other off.

As opposed to trying to blame the market for WrestleDream having abysmal ticket sales like AEW fans are doing? The same market where WWE got 17k for Backlash just 5 months ago. Talk about denial.

And I did give credit for All Out getting a good number. I also pointed out it was also an international market, where they tend to get great crowds. Which is why they are getting significantly larger crowds in Mexico for a weekly episode of Dynamite than for many of their domestic PPVs.

But let's not point out obvious facts. Everything is great!

The current Wrestle Dream # doesn't really surprise me. It's not a big building to begin with for a PPV. Dynasty in 2024, one of their better PPVs they've done, did about 6.6k. This show is about 4k now with 2 weeks to go. I'm sure they'll get at least over 5k in the next couple of weeks.

It's been an interesting year to track AEW attendance. Obviously the move to smaller venues are going to bring the averages down, but for the most part their PPVs have done well, like All Out. But in some cases they are down when running similar venues, like Pittsburgh doing like 2.8k when it did like 4.8k the last time.
