Let me run through who some of these options are referring to:

Striker = The Miz, Randy Orton, CM Punk, Drew McIntyre

Grappler/Technician = Kurt Angle, Jack Swagger, Daniel Bryan, Chris Jericho

Powerhouse = Big Show, Kane, Ezekiel Jackson, Matt Morgan

High Flyer = Jeff Hardy, Justin Gabriel, Rob Van Dam, Rey Mysterio

Get the picture? :3 And btw, I know for a fact that there are other styles that i've missed out, so please specify if need be.

Technical wrestlers for longevity.

I can only watch Big Show be body slammed so many times before it loses the initial WOW! factor.
Same could be said for Jeff Hardy and The Swanton, but I'm a shameless Hardy fan.... so yah...

a mixture of high-flyer and grappler

Technicians are fun, and so are high fliers.

But honestly unless you can't do two or more styles, I'm not really that interested.

I guess overall, technical wrestlers. But in general and a more vague answer, an entertaining wrestler. HBK was not a great technical wrestler. Wasnt much of a striker, definately not a powerhouse and not quite a high flyer. Buy he was well rounded and that made him versatile and made his matches fun. Same can be said for The Rock, Triple H, and I would even say Undertaker (although I guess you could categorize him as a striker these days).

So to answer the question specifically, technical wrestler. General answer: an entertaining one.

I tend towards technical wrestlers with some striking or strikers with some grappling ability.

I like a wrestler who can do everything. Grappling, High-Flying, Striking... to me, Daniel Bryan and Christian are two of the best performers in WWE at the moment. They don't rely on one specific formula, and they never fail to impress me and keep me at the edge of my seat with their matches. That's what it's all about.
