So many people are sleeping on seth and Lesnar, forgetting that seth ans Lesnar never had a legit one on one and thr last time they were on the ring they stole the show. Royal rumble 2015. I remember people back then were also doing the same saying he is out of place and isn't a main Eventer status. But I have the feeling everyone is negative about all this, I can actually see them putting a Lesnar vs punk in term of intensity and in ring psychology. As for the main event ? I still think it will be overshadowed by seth's match, I don't know I just have this feeling the crappy booking is just making us forget. I really see a classic incoming, its the same scenario as in 2013 , everyone was so focused on Bryan and cena , and then out of nowhere punk and brock put on a classic that made the whole show look like shit. Seth does this all the time, the moment no one expects it , he just shit out a 4 stars. Also remember his battle vs the miz at backlash, everyone was saying its predictable and will be shit , end of the night? Everyone saying Rollins is the top guy. I will never doubt him in the ring , as for Lesnar of Course he wont do the same shit he usually does. He is fighting someone who 1) sells movies perfectly 2) makes the heel/face works 3) is a perfect mix between a tough and muscled guy and a very agile guy. Also he got that shown Micheal like way to do his moves , he puts weight behind them so they don't feel like some random shit you see on 2O5
The fact that wwe wont Care that much about that match is maybe the reason its going to be great.

wwe doing the same lesnar thing again this year would make absolutely no sense! what a way to kill your brand!
so basically yesterday Seth proved again that he can actually cut a good promo even with a so so material , he is one of the best in ring and looks good....and the fans love him
the fact that he isn't even champion is beyond my comprehension people

I really doubt WWE would know who would be on what team for Survivor Series in November when it's currently March and we haven't even had Mania yet :lol Never trust those ads, at one point last year they had Dean on an ad for a PPV he wasn't going to be at cos he was injured, lol.

But hey, at least if Seth IS defending the Universal title at SSeries, it would be a break from Brock doing the champ vs champ match :lol

everyone burying Seth under the car and saying he won't win is so painful, the guy was carrying the show for a year :cry
it is so sad! I don't know people actual realize what lesnar winning means! THE RAW MAIN EVENT FOR THE MEN IS NON EXISTENT SINCE TWO FUCKING! YEARS :lol
jesus, lesnar ran through the whole roster! if he doesn't at least put a single young guy over, then watching this product is meaningless because after watching raw last night my conclusion is clear, wwe is lost. like they have no nostalgia act anymore, it's pathetic :lol if they don't give the ball to rollins and wait again then why even watch this product? in reality Seth losing to brock even make the becky's win pointless because the would mean wwe are not willing to change anything and it will still be a terrible show......goddamnnit wwe :lol
pss : Seth's promo is receiving a lot of praise tho, but I have to admit it takes some guts to do what he did at the end, if the fans didn't reply with the "bunt it down" :lol and kudos it wasn't easy to wake up a dead crowd lol

if Seth wins tho, I will fucking burry this forum with threads everyday about him, if his match steals the show? double fuck :lol

Breaking news everyone : Brad Sheppard from the "oh you didn't know" podcast says Lesnar is retaining. And that's the plan right now
So I think they might go with the lesnar/reigns, I think I will still come to this thread because of you guys even if I don't watch anymore , the conversations are fun. It'll be painful to stop watching my favourite on TV tho, I follow him since ring of honor, heh and I doubt he will be going to smackdown either so...
But at least showstopper will be happy cause seth wont be the shittiest champ ever hahaha

I don't trust any dirtsheet or journalist anymore, they said Dean would be off TV until his contract expired and the dude was on Raw this week in the main event, so why would I trust them with the outcome of a big Mania match? :lol

I trust nothing until it actually happens. And as we've seen, WWE can change their mind at a moment's notice, so what they decide now could change in the next week and a half.

I'm still picking Seth to win and not budging on that.

Brock is still an underdog as far the betting odds go:

WWE Universal Championship
Brock Lesnar (c) +177 vs Seth Rollins -250

There's always going to be one or two upsets that mess with those trying to hit 4 or 6 match parlays. Let's hope Seth wins. A lot will depend on where the match is placed on the card. If it's right before the Women's main event, Seth will probably lose.

Joke or not, Seth and Brock opening the should might be the best thing really. Imagine the image of Brock opening a show.

Not only that, but the downfall of Mania usually comes in the 2nd half with how long it is. They'll be hot for the main event(s), but any match that has to go a couple spots before them could suffer with a tired crowd.

If Seth is going to win, I'd think about pulling that trigger and having them open.

Yeah, by the time they get to the last match, the crowd is going to be exhausted. I mean, they've been exhausted with WM being 5-6 hours. Can't imagine how tired/antsy they're going to be if this show is really 7-8 hours like the rumors suggest. That is insane. I almost wouldn't even want to go on last with a show that long, especially if the results in the previous matches are going to be results that makes the crowd unhappy. Then, what goes on last has even more of a possibility of either having a moody/ready to crap on anything crowd, or just a tired/lifeless crowd that is barely responding because they're exhausted. It's going to be quite the experiment if the show is indeed that long. Very risky.

Couple of quick notes before I head out:

4 years ago tonight, Seth cashed in at WM 31. :)

This weekend Seth is back on the road working house shows. He's advertised in tag matches with Ambrose vs. Drew and Corbin. Good that he's back on the road before WM.

He did tag team with Dean against Corbin & Drew (Roman isn't back on live events till after Mania). They lost, Dean ate the pin predictably

Lucky people getting to see them tag team though, outside of The Shield I never got to see them as a two man team :(

I wouldn't even say surprisingly, I've been thinking it'll be good for a while. Brock has worked very well with Bryan, Finn, Punk and AJ. I don't see Seth being any different. He's just as agile as those guys, and is strong & well built for his size. Brock works better with guys like these, than with the likes of Strowman or Reigns. When they worked together in the triple threat, there was definitely some decent chemistry there. You can't really judge off their Battleground match, because calling it a match isn't even true. It barely even got in motion. I'm glad we're finally getting a chance to see what they can do together, let's hope Brock is motivated.

I was so disappointed with the 2015 match, Seth was made to be a third wheel in his championship match  The disrespect!!

And tbh, I'm not much of a Becky fan and I like Kofi but not as much as Seth, so I'd rather Seth win over them.
