I'd be good with anything if it kept JBL from becoming a thing.

I think JBL always becomes a thing. They didn't split up the APA without having plans for him and JBL was always a Vince favourite especially after giving him the Tribute To The Troops idea. I don't think he goes on a long run with title like he did, but he would most likely win the title at some point even if just as a transitional champion.

If Brock didn't leave, I could easily see him getting ruined within a few years. I could see him getting the Big Show treatment and switching him from Face to Heel dozens of times.

They 100% don't allow JBL to murder Smackdown's show and ratings for 9 months if Lesnar is still around. That guy absolutely crushed that show

Still one of the bigger mistakes they ever made in the 00s post Attitude Era

This is my take/fantasy book, I'll try to keep it as short as possible:

He still loses to Eddie Guerrero at No Way Out 2004, to set up the Goldberg match at Wrestlemania. I think Eddie was too popular to be denied, even for a short championship run. Lesnar wins at WM20 as Goldberg is leaving.
JBL still becomes the character although he probably doesn't become WWE Champion. He'll go after the US title which suits his gimmick more and beat Cena for it before WM21.

Lesnar wins back the title from Eddie Guerrero at Judgment Day or Great American Bash and has the JBL run. He loses the title to Cena at WM21.
Lesnar then feuds with the newly traded Batista for the World Championship. If Batista gets injured and vacates (butterfly effect and all). Lesnar wins the title and if they go for the Rey Mysterio storyline, it might be a triple threat with Rey and Orton instead of Angle who hopefully gets a Wrestlemania match with the Undertaker.

Then maybe he gets drafted to Raw and feuds with Kane, he could also side with the McMahons in their feud with DX. For WM23, he could be Cena's opponent for the WWE title, or be part of the battle of the billionaires, fighting Lashley.
After that, I still say he leaves WWE in 2007 to go to the UFC, it's too much hassle to change history completely.

Brock Lesnar would of been the face of the company instead of John Cena and Batista would of been pushed sooner and before Orton due to how Batista would of been the perfect foil to Lesnar.

Oh and Lesnar keeps the underwear attire btw 😂

Cena wouldn’t be as big as he is had Lednar stayed.
Cena was destined to be the top guy.

1. Way more dedicated to the company and industry than Brock.

2. Way more family friendly personality than Brock after the rap gimmick.

3. Can carry long weekly promos which is a big part of being the FOTC in WWE.

He'd have become stale anyway; he doesn't have range. I'd say this is because his first stint was so short and there was a big gap until 2012, so his second run was so successful.
100%. Brock was never going to be a top face. He doesn't have the personality for it. And they weren't going to let Lesnar rule Smackdown as a heel while HHH did his bullshit on Raw. It would've come down to Lesnar vs the son-in-law.

It just wasn't going to work either heel or face during that period and it's probably best he left

Not on Smackdown tho, that was Lesnar’s show. Cena would’ve had Angle, Guerrero and Benoit to deal with.
