She can't be always at the top because people will get sick of it (and Bianca has been pushed far less since 2023 as well). That's what eventually happened to Hogan, Cena, Roman, and Charlotte. And this has been the best Naomi has been her entire career by far, she deserves this reign. Maybe some nepotism, but she has been better as champ than Jey was...

There was a lot of talk about Iyo being an afterthought when she was champion but Rhea wasn't on Raw much more than she was. At least with Iyo you can use the language barrier as an excuse for why she was MIA so much. Rhea obviously can speak English fluently so her appearing so little is strange. For as much as Triple H may really like Rhea and books her extremely strongly her use as an onscreen character has consistently dropped ever since she left Judgement Day.
