There is a rumor going around that gained a lot of traction that Vinci was kicked out of Imperium and consequently jobbed out and fired because he wanted to give Tiffany some Stiffy Time and that obviously didn't go down well with El Grande Germanicus. Perhaps Gunther and Tiffany were both involved in getting him axed, as they are tangentially involved being Kaisers best friend and woman, respectively.

That's the only thing that makes sense. Unless Gunther and Tiffany are some super unprofessional bullies who are touching people in the shower like JBL, but I don't think that's it.
