WM 29 was a shit show! Twice in a Lifetime never should have happened in the first place let alone the match being trash as expected! Punk deserved that Main Event in 2013 so hard but they did Cena vs Rock just for the bigger Buyrate. To be fair Taker needed a opponent but who cares? Yes Taker vs Punk was good but they could have done Taker vs Jericho or whatever.

That Raw Match Punk and Cena had in February 2013 (their last Match against each other) could have easly been a Wrestlemania Main Event! Tgey went out there and had their best match even better than the Mitb 2011 one, as far as in ring work goes easly.

That match possibly could have been better but I wouldn't want to lose CM Punk vs Undertaker from WM29.

Easily the highlight of the show for me

Nothing was going to change Vince on Rock/Cena II - it was the end to a 3 year John Cena arc.

Punk vs Cena vs Rock would've been so good. Would've been cool if they added an elimination aspect, had Rock and Cena work together to eliminate Punk(making him look good as it took THOSE two to eliminate him and end his reign at the top) and then have them have their solo thing to settle their rivalry.

He would've had a 500+ day reign as champ. Fuuuuuuu

They shoulda had a card like this:

WWE Championship
John Cena def. CM Punk (c)

11 Years Later
Brock Lesnar def. The Rock

The Undertaker def. Chris Jericho

Ryback def. Mark Henry

WWE Intercontinental Championship
Wade Barrett (c) def. Big Show

No Holds Barred
Triple H def. Randy Orton

World Heavyweight Championship
Dolph Ziggler def. Alberto Del Rio (c)

Fandango def. The Miz

The Shield def Team Hell No & Sheamus

I completely agree, they should have had the triple threat for the W.W.E. Title, and had brother of destruction teaming with Daniel Bryan to take on the Shield, and had the Shield get disqualified. The six man team of Big show/Randy Orton and Sheamus was so random.

Yes, That's how it's always been in wrestling. I love when the IWC continues to show why they would fail at running a promotion.

No CM punk didn't need to be in main event but imagine if Ryback wins the rumble and goes on to win the world title
Rock vs Brock should have happened which would have been huge draw
But no we have to get Yawn Cena put over by the Rock

Wait you mean to tell me that wrestling isn't a meritocracy and it's main purpose is to MAKE MONEY by appealing to the MOST people possible?

I don't believe it.

Punk isn’t a draw. The main event should have been Lesnar vs Cena vs Rock. That would’ve been a gigantic match.

They should of still had Rock vs Cena,, without the title, and Punk vs Taker, 500 days title streak vs taker wrestlemania streak, or the triple threat Rock vs Cena vs Punk, uf it wasnt for Taker vs Punk WM 29 would of been even more of a chore to watch. Cena vs Rock was better the first time at wm28, and had a aura to it, the second time felt forced, and everyone knew Cena was just getting his win back.

I won't say the company was wrong for going with Rock vs Cena II with Rock putting Cena over with the title.

It is probably the only reason Rock was even given the win at WM 28 and that was sure surprising to many fans. A feel good moment too.

Rock vs Brock without giving Cena his win back doesn't seem likely, but that would have been great though. Maybe Cena didn't need the job back since it didn't really wash with fans. Rock vs Brock against Super Cena may have pissed off fans though with Cena coming out on top lol.

they also could of done Taker vs DBry, Daniel Bryan was redhot at the time, and they could of revolved the story with who Kane going to interfere for, his Team Hellno partner, or his estranged Brother.

Punk vs Taker was a great match and the best match on the show. So removing Punk from that match would’ve been a downgrade there. Probably they could’ve made that the Main Event and not brought Rock back but they wanted Cena to get his win back.
