Because Heyman recruited Barrett into the tag match, Barrett was able to eliminate Kofi Kingston, putting him in line for the Intercontinental Championship. If it wasn't for Heyman asking Barrett to be part of Survivor Series, Barrett would not be IC Champ right now. So Heyman does not owe Barrett a favor.

 

Wade Barrett is the master of unanswered questions. That should be his gimmick. He starts doing something interesting for a couple weeks and then he moves onto the next thing without any recollection of or conclusion to what he was doing and talking about prior.

 

It's all leading up to an angle in which Hornswoggle is somehow behind it all.
