after watching turning point just now, expect an aj turn in the upcoming weeks, the way he acted in the segment with jeremy borash before the match, the submisions he done in the match which he hasnt done a long time, the number of times he missed his high flying moves more than he usually does, these a just large signs for his heel turn

Yeah I saw this coming but I don't know how long it's going to take. I believe he's gonna be out for a while.

no

Why is he going to be out for a while? Is he hurt?
Similar to happened to Roode and Storm, I see him being out for a while. Then TNA will build up his return as a BIG TIME deal.

I think it's pretty obvious that AJ is going to use the X-Division title loophole to get a shot of the world title. It made the most sense before the match ended and still makes the most sense now. You can't have AJ doing nothing for a year so why not take advantage of his situation. Put the X-Division back on the map and get that title shot 6 months earlier.

I have never been one to truly want to see AJ move back down to the XD. But this is the way to go now after a little time off followed by a return (maybe in the UK?) still playing a face. They have 2 great potential Destination X matches to go with as well, James Storm especially of he turns heel and is aligned or behind the Aces, given Storm opted to pin him when both men were down and Storm had stated on Impact in that situation he would pin Roode. The other, is the so called dream matchup with Austin Aries.

AJ's always been the definition of vanilla as a straight babyface. His last heel run was one of the few times I can remember actually being interested in his promos and what he had to say (much like Jeff Hardy). If they do turn him heel, hopefully he'll use it to get more interesting as a character.

Aries going back to the X-Division is a step down for him. It makes no sense. AJ being forced to turn his focus on the X-Division makes sense because there's no other options unless he forms a tag team(doubtful) or goes for the TV title which is useless for someone like AJ at this point. Option C is the only thing that makes sense for AJ. Storm and Roode are clearly going to do some feuding over the world title for the next few months with Hardy and Aries here and there. AJ could win the WHC at Destination X, Aries win the BFG series and your long awaited meeting of these two men is set. That's just enough time to show AJ as the dominant champion and Aries as a man on a mission.

Destination X 2013

World Heavyweight Title
AJ Styles vs James Storm

Austin Aries vs Kurt Angle

Samoa Joe vs Jeff Hardy

Robert Roode vs Chris Sabin

Young Bucks vs WTTCOTW

Would anyone complain with that as the top portion of the card ?

Loopholes, Loopholes everywhere.

With Aries heel again we need a AJ/Aries feud. Those two would put on a classic series of matches. I feel right now AJ needs the rub from someone like Aries (can't beleive I just wrote that) at this stage in the game. AJ hasn't looked like a serious threat to the title in ages. An Aries/AJ program would do wonders for both men, and the fans of course

AJ Styles could join Aces and Eights, He may be bitter over not being able to challenge for the belt, They could have him blame Hogan and want to take him down, with the Aces and Eights helping him?...

I'm not suggesting this (as I'm generally not a fan of stables in wrestling) but in some ways if AJ's future motivation is being denied opportunities by TNA management and not getting the due he deserves, then it would make sense for AJ to join Morgan and Ryan as that seems to be their primary motivation, too. Ditto Aries, who has been moaning about how TNA management prefer Hardy despite Aries being TGMTEL.

As I say, I'm not suggesting it as I'd rather see AJ feud with Aries for the title, or possibly Daniels getting a short title run that AJ could then swipe at some point (but no more AJ/Daniels matches until then, please!), but from a motivation/storyline standpoint that seems to make more sense.

I mean, what exactly is Aces and 8s motivation, apart from being a bunch of biker thugs? Most of them have no links with TNA and Devon was TV champ before he left, so he doesn't have a lot to moan about.

I would actually like to see him as a heel again. He was a heel with Flair and did a damn good job. I am just wondering if he still has it in him to pull a good heel turn.
