Should John Cena compete at SummerSlam?

John Cena hasn't wrestled since January I believe, do you think he is done wrestling or do you think he has a few more matches left in him ? maybe he challenges Kofi or Seth or competes in a non-title match ?

Re: should John Cena compete at Summerslam ?

Only for a proper feud that culminates with him jobbing at SummerSlam. If it's anything other than Cena doing the job to Joe, McIntyre, Elias, a returning Wyatt, EC3, or a freshly-turned Miz, I'm not interested.

Actually, Cena would be the perfect first opponent for Wyatt, culminating in a SummerSlam slaughter. That's what I want.

I agree with Strike Force. Cena putting over Joe or Elias would be good. With record low ratings and a total lack of starpower in the WWE right now - I'd welcome a Cena match on the Summerslam card, but it has to have some purpose and benefit to it. There is no point in bringing back Cena one week before the show and having him going over someone, build a month long feud and have Cena put someone over.

If I were him I'd stay as far away as possible from WWE. Less than two months away from Summerslam and there are no meaningful feuds happening right now.

Cena is damaged goods. I'm fine with him putting someone over, but he should go over some scrub first at least.

Joe vs Cena would be fun.

Have Joe squash Rollins or Kingston for one of the belts.

Re: should John Cena compete at Summerslam ?

As has been said if he does return it has to be to put someone over.

I'll do the obvious for me here; but a Miz feud would be my pick. Babyface vs. Babyface with The Miz finally, Finally going over Cena and earning his respect after Cena has buried the guy so many times.

There's no point bringing John back to feast on someone, it'd pop interest briefly for Cena's appearances but then once hes gone and the guy he faced is buried things are even worse than they already are. He'd have to put someone over.

Just if he puts someone over, preferably Joe.

Cena puts people over constantly now. He hasn't won an important match since he beat AJ for the title 2 and a half years ago.
