New Appreciation

This thread is to talk about something you might have watched live years ago, but thanks to the wwe network you’re able to go back and rewatch again... but NOW you have a totally new appreciation for what it is...

For example... I watched all the mid 90s wwe stuff as a kid, I knew boiler room mankind could be comical... BUT I really didn’t realize how comical he always was. As a kid I don’t think I appreciated that. Watching some of the 1997 Raw shows again, I’m laughing out loud at mankind and some of his responses to other talent... him and triple h mostly recently after hunter won king of the ring... Chyna and trips going back and fourth at mankind during a segment...

Anything you guys have rewatched and felt a new appreciation for what it is?

Could be a character, match, storyline...

Re: New Appreciation

It isn't WWE, but I remember back in 2003, i got to go to a RoH show and saw AJ Styles vs. CM Punk live.

I always thought it was cool that I got to see two guys who would go on to be big stars in a ballroom

Re: New Appreciation

Watching Hogan vs Vader from Superbrawl 95 made me remember and appreciate the big sports feel the company had during the time. Having Michael Buffer was enough already but I loved how he announced Vader as the ''number one contender''.
