The Swiss Superman: Cesaro Section Thread

My fellow Cesaro brothers, let us celebrate one of the strongest wrestlers that WWE have ever seen. The likes of Big Show, Mark Henry just pale in comparison when this amazing human being is capable of doing something like this:

And here are the following accolades:

WWE United States Champion
3 times WWE Tag Team Champion, with 2 of them being the RAW Tag Champion
2014 Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal Winner
Has won a Slammy Award

So, my friends, let's all enjoy this incredible man and let's hope he's gonna surprise us all with something big in the future

A true wrestling machine if I ever saw one, about time he had his own thread.

Re: The Swiss Superman - Official Cesaro thread

Has become a bit of a tag team specialist with Swagger, Kidd, and now Sheamus. Still waiting for that big singles push after it was screwed up in 2014.

Apparently Sheamus is going to be filming a movie soon, maybe Cesaro can get a singles run once that happens.

Re: The Swiss Superman - Official Cesaro thread

It's mind-boggling how they can't seem to give this guy a push that is consistent. Let's take into consideration that he isn't an elite worker on the microphone, however, neither was Bryan (he improved), nor is AJ (improving). So then, what are we dealing with? well...

1. Wrestling - He is strong and agile. He can brawl and chain-wrestle. He can leap and jump. All of this variety means he can work convincing matches with an individual of any style, whether luchador, brawler, technician, he can get the best out of them.

2. He has serious heat - everyone loves Cesaro. He's over with the fans in an era where gimmick chants are more likely to get over before your character is. He built serious heat, they didn't capitalise on it, naturally some of the steam left the tank, but that's only due to fans resigning to the reality that he's not going over.

3. He has a great visual. Tall, muscular, good-looking. His gimmick is James Bond-esque. He doesn't look out of place at the top of the card. If he were to beat a Cena, Reigns, etc, it'd be believable.

Agreed with this. I may be biased towards him because he's good looking but the fact is that he can do pretty much everything.

That promo on RAW a couple of months ago showed me that he can cut a promo and yes, I've stated many times that Sheamus helped him with the delivery, but my point is that when he's fired up he can cut some good promos.

I just wish there was an actual English Class at the Performance Center because his only "fault" is that his English isn't that fluent. I can't for the life of me explain why Nakamura stayed on NXT forever to improve his English when he can barely say a word, I just wonder what the hell do they teach down there other than the basic wrestling moves?
