TimeSplitters: Future Perfect

Quote:
TimeSplitters is a series of first-person shooter video games developed by Free Radical Design. The games are often compared to Rare's shooters GoldenEye 007 and Perfect Dark since Free Radical Design was founded by a group of ex-Rare employees who developed these games. As the title suggests, each game features a time travelling element which enables players to battle in a temporal war in a diverse number of locations set over the span of several centuries.

Nothing beats flying around an area shooting down other people with a korean girl in a mech suit.

D'va has pretty much become my main character these days for ranked play. Her or Junkrat really.

If I had to pick one at the very top, its Half Life 2 - incredible atmosphere and world design.

Outside of that, the classics - Doom, Quake, Duke Nukem 3d, they are just timeless. My favourite multiplayer ever would be one of the Battlefield games, probably between 3 and Bad Company 2.

Bad Company 2 was the shit. I put so many hours into that game with my friends. None of the newer battlefield games even come close when it comes to play time

I'd say either Borderlands of Bulletstorm.

Borderlands 2 for me, by a wide margin.

re: Favorite FPS of all time and why?

I expected HL2 to dominate the conversation...

Mechanically FPSs are all exactly the same (and boring as fuck) so the best ones in my mind would be the ones with the best story and characters, so in theory I'd say a HL or Far Cry game, however I'm basing that on hearsay because I've never gotten to play one long enough to confirm. I'm not sure I can consider BioShock a FPS since I don't think you have to shoot anybody in those games, I think you can get through with just melee and powers. So by default I'm going to say Halo 3, even though I was bored by the combat the story kept me playing to the end.

Shilling for Xia Li, Aliyah, Bianca Belair and Rhea Ripley

Borderlands 2 and it's not even close. I just love everything about the game...especially the loot system.
