I was excited for this until it came out and I heard puzzles were mundane and barely required thought. I'm not a "difficulty is important" guy, but a puzzle(/platformer) should get me thinking a bit instead of just doing what is obviously in front of me like the mediocre as fuck Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons. I want to use my brain, not just my eyes. I might play it one day but as of now I've not regretted passing on it.
Hmmm, some of the puzzles do you make you think a little, but I wouldn't say they were overly difficult, that's what I mean about the whole, they're good but not frustrating kinda balance, which for me, when games are too frustrating, it's a turn off, don't get me wrong, I like a challenge, but when it's too tedious time and time again throughout the game, it just makes you want to put it down basically until you've given your brain a rest.
It's worth having though, simply for the atmosphere and game alone too, it's unique, not sure if it's still on sale in the store but I know it was, which is why I grabbed it, as previously, I did kinda think it looked good, but didn't rush for it, then when I got it, I thought it was way better than I expected, and I did kinda expect it to be good anyway
