Here's mine (with the aim being to make a future main event, top-tier superstar)...

Good point. This wouldn't work because who the hell are the fans going to cheer?

One heel going over another will get him cheered, thus turning him face in the eyes of the fans in attendance, no?

Sandow going over Christian or Clay in the final would make more sense. The KOTR format could also provide a storyline for Brodus to change his gimmick as he aims for the crown.

I know my bracket was filled with heels. I just feel like there are far more heels ready for the main event level than there are faces atm. Granted it probably wouldn't work in attendance, but those are my 8 picks for tomorrow's next big thing.

I don't know all the brackets, but I'd basically have RyBack run through everybody, build him up as the huge favourite and then have Sandow win the tournament by cheating and outsmarting him. Sandow vs RyBack would definately be the final.

Maybe have RyBack run through Cody Rhodes, then Cesaro, then Bryan, total squashes, all of them, make him the overwhelming favourite so that when Sandow beats him, he looks like gold. Sandow can beat Sin Cara, maybe Kofi or Truth, maybe even do the Sheamus thing where he gets a by to the next round just to build his heat.

I wouldn't mind if Barrett was in it and won but he doesn't need it. He needs to go RIGHT after the WHC and win, no bullshit. Not to mention, the King gimmick no longer fits the fight club persona he has. It would fit his old gimmick but not this one.

Damien Sandow would be my 2nd choice because of his "holier than thou" character. It would fit really well.

Start billing Antonio & Aksana as the King and Queen of Europe, and WWE's new power couple. Should do a lot for Cesaro, who's a great talent but needs more booking and character help than Sandow, Ryback, etc. do at the moment.

I think if they were to legitimately bring this back they would have Ryback win it.

But MITB has essentially replaced the KOTR in terms of who the next big thing is they will push is. As such, unless completely fizzling out I expect Ryback to win the World Heavyweight MITB match next summer.

Leave Kane and Ryback out of it. Ryback shouldn't go for being a "King" when all he wants is to be "fed" and Kane + Daniel Bryan might have their own feud or a tag team.
