Hi everyone,

Just this past weekend I've managed to be lucky enough to get a retweet from Kurt Angle and a private message from Mick Foley about his next stand up show in London. Both Fokey and Angle are in my Top 10 of all time.

Just thought it'd be quite interesting to hear everyone's experiences with professional wrestlers on social media, good or bad.

Foley answered a question of mine on the twitter. I marked out a little I won't lie.

Jesse Godderz (Bro Mans) has been far and away the most engaging wrestler I've come across on twitter. Seems like someone that would really be fun to hang out with. Scott Hall is really cool as well and has no problem answering a question about the business (non-personal) on occasion. EC3 is up there with them as he legitimately doesn't seem to have any hang-ups.

From what i've seen some non-wrestlers are very obnoxius, almost in a creepy way. I get that there is some hang-ups.

Samuel Shaw btw has the best, funny as hell all the time.
I won't go into some of the wrestlers that act like dicks but they really do come across as being self-absorbed. I'm not buying the "they get tired of fans constantly bothering them" excuse as there are a number of wrestlers that don't tweet. If these high profile athletes don't want to be bothered by fans then don't tweet or tweet under an alias.

Yeah i get that.

But also, i've seen some just throwing every social rule out of the window just because they contact a famous person. It's still people you know, doesn't mean you can act like a creepy shit. I wouldn't even reply to you if you come off like that.

It's usually girls in their early-20s putting up instagrams (or whatever) of them partying. I guess they think the wrestlers are going to hook up with them or something. lol

I only tweet celebs if I have something funny/interesting to say so I don't do it often but i've had a retweet off Summer Rae and Natayla retweeted and then followed me(although she follows a lot of fans).

I feel sorry for wrestlers more than normal celebs because the heels get so much legit retarded shit from fans. So many haters out there, it'd certainly affect me if I read some of those tweets.

Lance Storm has replied to me a few times between Facebook and Twitter. Awesome guy.

Matt Hardy LMAO'd at my tweet about Farmers Only to him and replied a couple times, which was awesome.

Steven Richards replied to a tweet that I didn't even tweet to him (didn't know he was on Twitter... he mustve been searching for his name)
