The one with the "snow" doesn't look good. It looks cheap. The pics are blury, and the text could use something more.

It looks better without, but like NDF said, blurry pics. Add stroke to the text.

Ya.
The pictures you've used look blurry as NDF stated. You should do something to the text because it's looking to plain and you should consider changing the green border as it doesn't go well with the colour scheme you've chosen.
