Said to be for Levis Venezuela gimmick - is that just a catch phrase he's going to use or is that a strange ring name?

Either way looks like Levis is close to debuting.
That would be a very good thing. Charismatic guy with a lot of skill and capable of a midcard match already. The big danger for him is becoming 2016's CJ Parker but he hasn't had bad booking on live shows and could avoid that. The only tv match I remember him on was with Samson vs Gable/Jordan and did a pretty good job.

I see him more as a Carlito Caribbean Cool redux. With "No Way Jose" being his "Dat's not cool".

WWE is being so stereotypical with this one.
"No Way Jose" seems like it'd fit more for a Mexican-American superstar. Valenzuela is Dominican, and doesn't necessarily look hispanic from first glance. They should've made him more of a Dominican bad boy because WWE hasn't had a Latin bad boy in a while.

I think it's gonna be either him or Elias Samson down the road this year.

Anyway, well I am looking forward to his debut.

Levis has way too much charisma to end up jobber to the stars. Elias on the other hand might not even have enough to stick around in that role. But you look who fills that niche and it's good wrestlers without natural charisma. CJ Parker tried desperately to have it, but you can't fake it. Tye Dillinger is the same way.

I think you're right as far as Valenzuela goes. If he's smart enough, he's got the ability to do well. Parker tho? He was probably the only guy to get true heel heat in his last year there. We haven't seen the last of him. Samson will do fine. Not gonna be MR main eventing but once NXT get his gimmick working right, he'll be good. They use it amazingly badly right now.
