Triple H's "Making of the Game" workout book has sold over 19,000 copies and WWE's "Are We There Yet" book (which features road stories from WWE stars) has sold 10,000 copies. In comparison, Mick Foley's first book sold about 800,000 books. But then again wrestling popularity was at it's peak then. Those low numbers are considered horrible for book sale standards as they are being marketed by a multi-million dollar company with a very large built-in base of consumers.

Also, here are some sales figures for some non-WWE books. Wrestlecrap's RD Reynolds book "Death of WCW", has sold about 6,800 copies despite no promotion. Dusty Rhodes book has sold 1,400 copies. Terry Funk's book has sold 1,500 copies. Harley Race's book has sold 2,300.

And lastly, Jimmy "Mouth Of The South" Hart's autobiography has sold an embarrassingly low amount of books. Jimmy's book has sold a mere 750 copies. Poor Jimmy.

Heartbreak and Triumph: The Shawn Michaels Story is the best selling wrestling book in the last year as it has sold 45,478 copies.

Cheating Death, Stealing Life: The Eddie Guerrero Story has sold a respectable 33,212 copies.

Superstar Billy Graham: Tangled Ropes was quite a disappointment. The book has only sold 5,232 copies.

Vince Russo's book Vince Russo: Forgiven - which was released in November 2005 - has only sold 1,145 copies.

Hardcore History: The Extremely Unauthorized Story of ECW - released in March 2006 - sold 2,615 books.

Bill Watts' autobiography The Cowboy and The Cross: The Bill Watts Story (which was released in January 2006) has sold only 929 copies.

World Wrestling Insanity - a book which pretty much rips The McMahons, Triple H and WWE - has only sold 537 copies in its first two weeks.

Mysteries of Wrestling Solved sold a respectable 1,367 copies in its first week (released June 6th).

For the sake of comparison, Hulk Hogan's 2002 book sold over 57,000 copies. Ric Flair's autobiography sold over 62,000 copies.

Did anyone other than Foley go on book tours? Also most of those titles aren't your typical hardcover worthy book, more like coffee table paperback or even bathroom throw away books.
