Hey, I was just on the WWEShop website since WWEEuroshop was shut down and was wondering if anyone in the UK has ever purchased anything from the American store? If so, did you have to pay custom fees for the product? I'm looking to buy one of the plaques but unsure on how much the custom fees would/could potentially be.

Hope this is the right place to ask, if not could someone move it to the appropriate place? Thanks.

I bought a Cody Rhodes tee from the online store using a discount code. Since it was under the customs limit I shouldn't have been charged, but I still was. Shipping price doesn't effect customs, and the discount came off the tshirt itself, so legally I shouldn't have been charged.

Got hit with £11.43 (around $17.75 for you Americans) customs charge. They said I either pay it or they destroy my products. I tried to see if they could return it and I could get a refund because that was more than the tshirt itself (not including postage) costed. I did some research and found out the company doing customs for WWE products was breaking the law. Kicked up a load of shit, contacted the actual UK government customs department, then contacted the people charging me more than my tshirts worth in customs with all these claims of them breaking the law and reporting them. Person in the call centre didn't know what hit them, so they put me through the manager who claimed I they were in the right, but "just this one time" they'd release my item to me free of charge. They just didn't want to lose face.

Tl;dr - Don't buy from WWEshop US if you don't want to deal with customs bullshit.

Not to dispute your claim but if they charged you £3.43 VAT that would put the item at a value of £17.15 which is above the limit for being charged customs.
