Does anyone wonder why they do this? With all of the rumours surrounding the rock not appearing for wwe anytime soon why do you think they are always retweeting him and having him still as the main focus of WWE 2K14?
And did anyone see that poster they made congratulating him for his success with him holding the wwe title?!

Which of the below do you feel is most accurate?

A. They have a secret deal with Rock to return at mania 30
B. They want to keep him on their good side and latch onto the mainstream success he has
Or
C. They are trying to entice him into returning, reminding him of where he belongs?

What do we all think?

B & C

I'm not a Rock mark by any stretch, but it's pretty obvious by WWE's constant pandering towards Rock that he is bigger then the WWE is currently. He's one of the last attachments to the most successful era of WWE's existence & Vince is his bitch, obviously.

They're financing one of his movies. He'll be back. Having him sitting out a Mania is the right move. They over did Rock Cena and fans are at the point on turning on him.

Because putting Rock on the cover of anything sells more than putting any of their current stars on it.

I was surprised at Night of Champions why The Rock was not included in the all time greatest champion vote

It looked to me like he and WWE are on bad terms again

It's either A and B or B and C.

You guys may not realize it, but The Rock does movies that end up pulling more money than WWE does in an entire year. And he does like 4-5 movies a year.

What The Rock is involved in makes a lot more than WWE. Whether or not you guys want to hear that, it's a fact. And yes, The Rock is a big reason his movies are making huge cash. Even the Fast and Furious shit. . .as soon as The Rock entered that movie series, what happened? They practically doubled their profits immediately. Then they're well on their way to doing it again with the next appearance of The Rock in that movie series.

WWE wants to be associated with that and either already has a deal with Rock to come back or is trying to keep him handjobbed and hard so he'll be more willing to go back for another match which will make WWE several million dollars. After all, if all it takes is a few retweets and a posting of his picture on a box, that's a small price to pay for several million dollars and more viewers.

Smart business move by WWE.
