Hear me out please. I think everyone (I hope) can agree that the Wrestlemania 30 Opening Segment with Hogan, Austin and Rock was PERFECT in regards to the participants. In terms of the people involved, those 3 are without a doubt the 3 biggest names in WWE/WM history. I don't think anyone can mount a valid argument stating "Stone Cold didn't belong with Hogan/Rock, instead wrestler ________ should have taken his spot as he deserves it more".

I think most people will agree that those 3 were the perfect 3 to run such a segment, as they are the 3 biggest names.

So my question is:

If WWE wants to revisit such a segment in the future, and wanted to bring 6 wrestlers total instead of 3, who do you feel the next 3 guys should have been?

Which other 3 wrestlers belonged in the same ring as Austin/Hogan/Rock for an epic opening segment like that? (if a segment with 6 wrestlers in the ring is too much, than imagine the next segment doesn't involve Hogan/Rock/Austin at all, but only those next 3 guys).

CRITERIA:

- Have to still be alive (Andre wouldn't work)
- Should be retired/semi retired at least (so UnderTaker could be ok, but Cena is 100% full time wrestler still so wouldn't rlly work)
- Shouldn't be personal favorite, but the biggest names (ex: if The Bushwhackers are your favorite wrestlers of all time, that's great, but don't include them here they dont belong)
- This is WWE, so WWE accomplishments are paramount. Guys like Sting/Flair who had a ton of accomplishments mostly outside of WWE may not be as relevant as guys who were in WWE longer.

- Feel free to come up with your own criteria if you disagree with mine, so long as you explain your choice


My Personal Pick would be:

Bret Hitman Hart
UnderTaker

I don't know it seems they weren't using lines to me. Why would they need to when they aren't promoting a match or anything. It was just a segment to get the crowd hot for the show seeing the three biggest names of the Mania Era of WWE.

I say this because I bet at WM 1 if Bruno, Andre, and Gorgeous George/Buddy Rogers all did the same thing the crowd and "online" fans would be saying it was the three biggest names ever.

As for the question I don't think this works with anyone else really.
