As WWE Superstars were arriving to San Antonio International Airport Sunday evening for tonight's Raw show, Rosa Mendes appeared intoxicated coming off her flight and was immediately arrested by police, according to two eyewitness accounts on Twitter.

WWE announcer Scott Stanford appeared to confirm the rumor with the following Twitter post Monday morning: "#FreeRosa."

UPDATE:

There was an incident involving WWE Diva Rosa Mendes — real name Milena Roucka — at the San Antonio International Airport in the last 24 hours, but not the rumor that has been making the rounds.

False rumors have been circulating this afternoon that Mendes was arrested after coming off a flight that landed in San Antonio, the site of tonight’s Monday Night Raw taping. However, a representative for the San Antonio Police Department tells us that Rosa was not arrested, rather she was the victim of a crime.

In a phone call to Diva Dirt, an officer for the SAPD confirms that Rosa was the victim of an assault in Las Vegas prior to flying out to San Antonio for tonight’s taping.

The report states that after landing in San Antonio, Rosa was spotted visibly upset in a public bathroom at the San Antonio International Airport. A concerned female passerby called the police on her behalf.

Pictures of her injuries were taken by the SAPD, according to the report, and she was given courtesy transportation to her hotel in San Antonio.

The officer reiterates that there is no mention of the alleged arrest for intoxication in the report.

UPDATE: TMZ has reported more details on the incident, reporting that the suspect in the assault is Mendes’ fiance, former WWE star Jackson Andrews.

SECOND UPDATE:

WWE diva Rosa Mendes told police her fiancé is a habitual woman-beater ... and she's afraid the guy will eventually try to kill her ... this according to a police report obtained by TMZ.

And sources tell TMZ ... the guy Mendes is afraid of is a former WWE talent.

According to the report, the San Antonio Police Dept. found Mendes crying in a bathroom stall at San Antonio International Airport late Sunday night, repeatedly stating that she needed help. Mendes had just flown from her home in Vegas to S.A. for a WWE event.

According to the police report, Mendes -- real name Milena Roucka -- told cops her fiancé had "hit her several times at their shared residence in Las Vegas."

Sources connected to the case tell TMZ ... Rosa's fiancé is Andy Slocum ... a former WWE talent who went by the stage name Jackson Andrews. Slocum was fired by the WWE in 2011 for breach of contract after continually blowing off training sessions.

In the report, cops note Mendes was under the influence of alcohol at the time they made contact with her.

However, cops say Mendes told them "she was afraid [her fiancé] would try and kill her. She also stated the abuse had been an on-going thing."

S.A.P.D. spokesman Officer Matthew Porter tells us Mendes filed a battery report around 10:17 PM. Cops took roughly 30 photos of her body ... which appeared to show bruising and scratches.

A rep for the WWE tells TMZ ... "Milena Roucka contacted a WWE Talent Relations representative this morning to notify WWE that, upon her arrival in San Antonio last evening, she contacted police at the airport to report alleged domestic abuse that occurred just prior to her flight."

The rep adds, "WWE is supportive of Rosa and will provide her with professional assistance."

We reached out to Slocum for comment -- so far, no response.

But personelly and this is me personally if i was in a relationship and being abused I would not use force becuase my own rule on this subject matter is your girlfriend-wife what ever should be treated with love nothing more

You're obviously not that smart are you. People including myself have spent the last two pages saying you can't go ahead & condemn someone if you don't know all the proper facts. But you have clearly made up your mind that he is guilty.

Its like many stories in the paper where a woman has falsely accused a man of rape. Even after the fact in some cases where she has admitted to lying about the whole incident the guy is forever stained by the incident & people look at him as a rapist even though he did nothing. How do you know what happened? Where you there? How do you know the full facts? Answer is you don't, but you like many others on here have automatically sided with the woman. Like i said before, if he did do it then he can burn for all i care, but know one knows what happened & it changes things if she hit him & he lashed out.

I agree that we're given only limited insight into such matters, like with everything in the celebrity world. For me personally, this has become more about weeding out the...how do I put this...."emotionally crippled" internet personas of the forum. Some of what's been posted is quite disturbing.
