So they have Reigns win the Rumble. Now it's Reigns vs. Lesnar at Wrestlemania.

Who the fuck can't figure out that Reigns will win at Wrestlemania? How could he not? But if for some reason they have Lesnar win instead, then this whole fucking scenario with Reigns winning the Rumble was an epic waste of time. How they gonna have Lesnar win it? THEN who takes the title from him, and WHEN? No one wants to pay to see Lesnar beat Reigns, that's a waste of time. So - we all know Reigns will win it. Suspension - gone.

This is an instance where they only have one option to make any of this work: and that is to have Reigns win at Wrestlemania. And that's the problem. The fans already know this. So the predictablitlity factor is already there, infact it's been there for months - this whole fucking story is playing out EXACTLY the way 95% of informed fans said it would. Now we just wait for the rest of this predictable storyline to complete itself, and that's to have Reigns beat Brock.

Second problem: the crowd isn't behind this Reigns guy. At all. No idea why they picked him to go forward. Cena will be gona at some point - and the company NEEDS to have a "poster boy" - the guy that can do all the stuff outside of wrestling like Cena does: vists to hospitals for kids, talkshows, charities, and can stand up and take charge when faced with the cameras. Reigns can't do that. Not now, and for sure, not later. He's not a guy who can talk on the mic. But the WWE's poster boy MUST be able to do camera work - problem is Reigns can't do it. He just doesn't have that element to him, much like Cesaro can't talk on the mic - so how to you have a guy who can't say shit infront of a camera as the man who represents your company to the public?

The good news is that it's not the first time the WWE has been faced with big problems and big future-altering decisions. They've always dug themselves out before, and likely will this time as well. They have from now till April to figure out how they're going to handle it. But they're running with the wrong guy. All the fans can see it.. I'm surprised they don't see it. Reigns doesn't have that kind of longevity or more importantly, confidence. Look at the post-Rumble interview backstage with the Rock - look at how uncomfortable and off-game the Rock was in that promo. Reigns' nervousness transferred onto the Rock and caused him to sway in and out of character for those 3 minutes or so. Never seen the Rock so bad - he didn't know whether to stay in character or keep up his "it doesn't matter" schtick. All because Reigns was so timid and fresh-faced... Rock literally didn't know how to handle it and for the first time I can remember, stumbled on his words and crawled through that interview with very little to say.

Gonna be fun to see how they figure this problem out

Sounding like Koko B.Ware's cockatoo but will repeat again because seriously can't see Lesnar putting over Reigns at WM as it may as well be booked as a Buried Alive match that's what Lesnar be doing if he did agree to that match - burying himself a year after beating Taker and dominating as a Beast under Heyman.
Wwe will either have Heyman betray Brock before WM so he drops title to Rollins (or whoever is part of betrayal gets cash-in straight after) setting up Reigns long awaited revenge match for SHIELD betrayal at ME WM.

yup, I think you're right. It can't be a straight-up Lesnar vs. Reigns match with Reigns winning it. No fucking way, fans saw this coming 6 months ago. We already know the result if they go down that road. Fans don't want Reigns. But lately the WWE has been in the business of giving the fans the opposite of what they want - it's been a game they've been playing for a few years now. All by design. They check out social media for sure - and very likely this place as well. How else do they know what the fans are thinking? By checking out ALL social media platforms - and this place is a major platform for wrestling and is also considered "social media" - so don't be surprised one bit if they have employees whose job is to browse the internet for fans thoughts and reactions, including these forums from time to time. But if they try to have Reigns beat Lesnar clean at Wrestlemania - it won't work. They know it. They're going to come up with some solutions to solve this problem, that you can be sure of. I think there's a 1% chance of it being a clean Reigns/Lesnar match with Reigns winning it. Because if he wins it, then the fans already fucking knew it and will become further dissatisfied with the predictability. But if Brock wins it, then this whole "road to Roman Reigns" was a total pile of bullshit from day one, what was the point of his push? Plus, no one wants to pay to see Brock win it clean, that's fucking boring and not worthy of the main event status or the ticket price, not even close. So it's a lose-lose situation they're faced with here. They gotta solve this one. They will though.
