I think WWE are paying too much attention to the win-loss record, Mick Foley should be higher, Mark Henry had only one match in the cell, Kurt Angle I understand because of the guys he beat in that single match.

I'd put Punk over Henry because he competed in two HIAC matches going into his third, & I'd put Foley #3 over HBK.

10- CM Punk.
09- Kurt Angle.
08- Lesnar.
07- Kane.
06- Batista.
05- Orton.
04- HBK.
03- Foley.
02- HHH.
01- Taker.

That's how I'd rank them.

Wins mean nothing IMO, he still played in only two matches, while Foley, HBK played four, & Orton will be playing his fifth (third most only to HHH & Taker), in fact, I think he's too high.

Taker has as many wins in the cell as HHH, but he's EASILY over HHH because he played three more matches in the cell.

Their top 3 is perfect. I just woulda had Kane right after HBK. Batista, of course, after Kane. Like this:

After this the gap is too substantial for anyone to be called a ruler. I based my list on quality performances. It can easily be argued that HHH deserves number 2, but nothing he did in the cell can match Shawn/Taker or Taker/Foley and, IMO, those 2 matches are what made the legacy of HIAC matches so special.
