Roddy Piper, Eddie Guerrero, William Regal, Christian, Owen Hart, Chris Benoit, Ric Flair, or Shelton Benjamin

Bullshit, everyone in bold should be on the list. Jeff Jarrett? Rey? Orton at #10? Really?

I left out Benjamin because nobody really gave/gives a toss about him, and the less said about that other cunt the better.

Flair, Christian and Guerrero didn't really do anything with the title. So I don't mind them being left off. However Benjamin is one of the best IC Champions in recent years, and Owen/Piper should most definitely be on there.

Cody Rhodes wasn't a better IC Champion than Rey Mysterio, either. And Mr. Perfect should be #1.

I think it is a pretty standard list actually. I wouldn't say Roddy Piper merited being on the list considering he was only a transitional champion. Perhaps Davey Boy Smith and Owen Hart should be on the list and I agree it would have been nice to have Chyna in their as the only female to hold the title. I think it's a pretty good list and the only major suprise I have with it is the fact that WWE recognise Jeff Jarrett since Vince can't stand the guy!!!
