A fan suggested to Randy Orton on Twitter that he deliver his trademark punt kick to Chris Jericho's skull after Jericho hit him with 3 codebreakers on Monday's RAW. While Orton is sure to exact revenge on Jericho, he won't be skull punting any time soon:

"The punt has been banned. 'Concussional' awareness."

Sounds like a work, they still kick each other in the head all the time and Orton's punt didn't look legitimately dangerous at all.

Depends how you look at it.

I mean wouldn't Orton want Jericho to have a concussion?, that's the whole point of the punt.

It does sound as though it's true and they've told Randy to not use it again, and said it was "Concussional awareness" as he put it.

Lol, when Orton punted Chris Jericho back when he left, we didn't see him over a year. That's how powerful the punt is. He also took out CM Punk's Nexus back during his fued as well. So I can understand if they want to play the punt off as a devasting move kayfabe. Orton can use it in those circumstance where he can take out a wrestler.

How can you fake those punt kicks or Ryder's "broski boot?" It looks absolutely brutal.
