Who here would be happy to see the WWE go back to the Big 4 PPV's plus maybe King of the Ring. If so, would you also like to see Survivor Series return to it's original format?

It would allow more time for feuds to build and could actually result in people becoming interested enough to watch again.

Only if they make Raw really important like lucha Underground does its show. Where a title change, or an entire feud can take place. Then maybe 5 or 6 ppvs a year could work.

January you have Royal rumble
End of march/beginning of April you have Wrestlemania.
You have another ppv like payback in the middle of the actual payback and Mitb.
And Survivor Series will be at the end of November.

But honestly I wouldn't like that. Yeah it would feel extremely special but that whole wait of when a ppv is coming would be too much. And it would mean less opportunities for many stars because they people who are going to main event the big 5 ppvs will be Brock, Roman, Seth and sometimes Ambrose, Owens and maybe even Bray.

Since I am a true supporter of the brand split. Maybe have turns. Like extreme rules, Mitb, noc, and TLC are Raw ppvs, while payback, battleground, HIAC and Elimination Chamber are Smackdown.ppvs where Smackdown guys perform. Royal rumble, Wrestlemania, Summerslam, and Survivor Series are events where both brands compete in. It is good for the superstars as it would give a lot of break to them and they could even develop storylines with the 6 weeks they are given. Cancel fast lane and replace Mitb with something else. Or add a concept for fast lane like there is going to be a tournament, and the winner will get a special title which they could exchange for a WWE title or whc title match anytime. Like what tna and Lu are doing. It's like the Mitb but its not a briefcase and there is an actual tournament. This makes the Champion really nervous and cautious about two people instead of one, which makes it entertaining. And it will bring a lot of importance for the road to Wrestlemania a true time for opportunities which makes it more entertaining.

I don't know why Survivor Series is still considered a 'Big 4' PPV. It's had no more significance than any of the B PPVs in years now.

Anyways, I'd say about 8 a year would be the best number. TLC in particular always ends up having a shit build due to being so soon after Survivor Series.

4 or 6 would be perfect, one every 2 months would be good but just having the big 4 would be great as well, it gives creative and the talent more time to build a feud, also with no PPV at the end of every month, it really forces them to make RAW worth watching

They do monthly PPVs for network buys but they could do network specials to replace half of the fillers. I don't mean to have all of them be Brock squash matches, but they could do more with network specials. I'd preferably have 6 PPVs per year with proper fueds from Raw and Smackdown then fill in the gaps with network specials. These 3 week build ups just aren't enough time for me to be fully invested.

I wouldn't mind 4-6 MAX PPVs per year. They could still shill The Network and make a monthly specials (aka televised house shows).
