Those stickers are typically on officially licensed WWE products. I can't verify the signatures would be real due to resolution size and no certificate but the photo at least was officially released by WWE in some form on their webstore. I recognize them because the video games always have them on the plastic of the cases.

The photo was officially posted by WWE in some form on their webstore, but I can't verify the signatures are authentic owing to the resolution size and lack of a certificate. The plastic cover art of video games always features them, so I know they're there.
