watching taka/kaz match for ajpw junior title, had me thinking. did vince let taka and them keep the copyright for kaientai or did they own they before hand? he even uses the same theme (well a remix or a redoing of it).

I'm not sure but I believe they were Kaientai before coming into WWE (then WWF), so when they came in, no copyrights to the name were owned by WWF. I'm also sure TAKA wasn't even in the faction until WWF put him in it and he and Funaki survived as Kaientai. Google it for a better answer
