Does anyone know anything about that? Scotty even had to make that godawful tattoo to try and conceal it. Only explanation i could come up with is that they both must have suffered some kind of an uber-massive pec tear on their sternums. But on both pecs at the same time? Also sternum pec tears are highly rare and in the Scott's case it looks as if his pecs got gradually torn apart. Does anyone have any info on this?

Both Kofi images look the same to me.

Everyones body has a certain limit of how far it can be pushed, in Steiners case hes clearly pushed his body too far.
I imagine age will also have a massive effect.
