I can start the list but i dont know too many

RVD, Jerry Lynn, Sandman, Terry Funk, Shane Douglas. Raven is probably the only one that had a long run in each company though.

He won the Tag Team Championships in WCW with Jeff, worked in TNA a few years (not sure if he won any gold, I stopped following his career after he left the WWE), won the ECW Championship and worked in the WWE winning the U.S. Championship, Hardcore & Tag Titles.

Although very brief, Scott Hall made a few appearances for ECW. Jake Roberts too briefly appeared in ECW. The Road Warriors, Konnan, The Sandman, Mike Awesome, Public Enemy, Chris Candido, Stevie Richards, Sabu, Steve Austin. That's all I can recall right now but I'm sure there's quite a few more.

EDIT: Completely missed the TNA bit. I just listed guys who have worked for WWE, ECW and WCW. From my list, though, Chris Candido, Stevie Richards, the Sandman, Konnan and Sabu all appeared for all 4.

Hardy's were never in WCW, they only won those titles during the Invasion angle. And WWECW doesn't count, think OP meant the real ECW.

Looking through the posts, didn't see Christian York's name. He had signed with WCW, WWE, ECW and appeared in TNA.

Mick Foley, wrestled for WCW in the early 90's, then went to ECW in the mid 90's, then wrestled for WWF in the late 90's during the attitude era, and later worked for TNA for a few years.

I think Matt Hardy and Jerry Lynn both did. Matt Hardy had a very memorable feud with Sandman over the ECW World Heavyweight Championship.
