This event will mark 10 years since Sting's final WWE match, a WWE World Heavyweight Championship match against Seth Rollins. Kane returned after the match as his Demon persona and destroyed Rollins.

Can this happen again plsKane returned after the match as his Demon persona and destroyed Rollins.

LOL @ thinking Big Nose would want to give away two world title matches on any PLE not named Royal Rumble, SummerSlam or WrestleMania.Seems like the most realistic card at the moment:
Cody Rhodes vs Drew McIntyre - WWE Championship match
Seth Rollins vs CM Punk - World Heavyweight Championship match
Becky and Bellas tag match
Rhea Ripley vs Stephanie Vaquer - Women’s World Championship match
Tiffany Stratton vs Jade Cargill - WWE Women’s Championship match
John Cena vs Brock Lesnar
Might as well get the tag belts off of Judgment Day and then run this matchThe Brons vs. The Usos
Should be John Cena's match closing the show with Bork LaserBasically confirming what we already know but Brock vs Cena is now set for the show. It hasn't been stated yet but safe to say Punk and AJ vs Seth and Becky will be on her too.
I wonder what closes the show.
Have whatever opinion you please, I'm just laughing at you raging out over AJ Lee like she's your worst enemy is all. And yes Toni Storm is a marvelous character, not the worlds greatest gimmick but a very, very good one.In your opinion. Your opinion, who thinks that Toni Storm being under the mental delusion that she's a cross between Margot Channing from All About Eve and Andrew Dice Clay is the worlds greatest wrestling gimmick. AJ Lee was not fine as a character to me, and am I not allowed to have an opinion here? I'll exercise my opinion, thank you.
I mean being a women's wrestling legend is still the perception, so she's not actually starting at zero. Legends are kings and queens in WWE. She's coming in to defend Punk and that is all the ammo she needs to be accepted for a major push, because Punk is a fan favorite. Not saying that it should be that way, but thats how its going down and its all the justification they need to push her despite her accolades all being in the lesser Divas Era. So pinning Becky at Palooza instantly makes her credible. She's not a WWE womens wrestling legend, though. She's not. They are starting at 0 with her. If they make her the top woman in the company besides Rhea, which they will, because I can't have nice things.....they won't push Punk to the top but they'll damn sure push the living shit out of her, just watch them, then I'll tell you she's credible, but she isn't right now.
The return was already spoiled ahead of time, didn't really matter at that point how Becky got her comeuppance from the front or the back. She'll promo her way to getting her heat back.So AJ is a legend but Becky isn't? lol. Which one of them, if only one gets it, do you think is gonna headline the Hall of Fame?
I didn't say you make her look weak on night 1, I said don't have her come out there with that horrid, rancid music, slipping out to bubble gum pop while Becky Lynch is frozen in fear like Hannibal Lecter is coming for her and there's fuck all she can do about it. Have her sneak up on Becky from behind, tap her on the shoulder and when Becky turns around, knock that bitch out flatter than a pancake.
I think we both know the answer to that. Why is an untalented hack from the Divas era injecting life into the show? How fucking sad is that?
WWE fan standards officially flatlined back when the Netflix era began. It died back when Triple Fraud convinced y'all that the lead in to WrestleMania 40 was off of his work and not just luck, when y'all started taking him at his word and believing him when he said everything was "cinema". Fan standards died when the audience said it was okay to charge triple the price for half the content and quality. Why would WWE even try anymore? As long as we're dunking on and counter-programming AEW right? Thats all that matters. That and recording as much of the show as possible to post on their failing youtube channels with 2000 subscribers. So now we're at the point where people are just waiting for the next pop and the next sing along, which was clearly apparent last night, and which is part of the reason why people are so excited about AJ Lee despite her being no where near the level of most of the other women.I wish I could be excited and entertained by an awful performer, I really do. You guys are really off the deep end here with the lack of standards. When did people just begin to accept literally any level of quality, no matter how low?
Well most people in the West are idiots, and this is part of the reason why standards are so low. Y'all praise 5 match PLE's stuffed to the brim with legends but will attack AEW on Twitter all day, every day for booking extended PPV's or for doing different things relative to the norm. Attack Toni Storm's character work but will be cool with 3 Asian chicks bickering and screaming at each other in Japanese like anime schoolgirls multiple times a night. Hangman is an asshole, but Judgment Day gaming backstage is good TV to many. Some WWE fans are so focused on attacking AEW that they'll accept anything from WWE just so they can call it better. So I mean have at it.Do you think it's possible for the majority of people to be wrong?
I'm betting you do, because the majority of people care a lot more about WWE than they do about AEW.
Because the last time she was on regular tv, that's exactly what she was. I HATED her.Have whatever opinion you please, I'm just laughing at you raging out over AJ Lee like she's your worst enemy is all.
No, a shitty, unrealistic, choreographed, goofy, silly, let's laugh at wrestling and mock it type of character. And yes Toni Storm is a marvelous character, not the worlds greatest gimmick but a very, very good one.
She's starting at zero with me and that's all I care about. I don't care what you people think.I mean being a women's wrestling legend is still the perception, so she's not actually starting at zero.
If only she was one. She's not even a world champion, let alone a legend. Yet.Legends are kings and queens in WWE.
Ok, now can we have a bad justification to push Punk himself? She's coming in to defend Punk and that is all the ammo she needs to be accepted for a major push, because Punk is a fan favorite. Not saying that it should be that way, but thats how its going down and its all the justification they need to push her despite her accolades all being in the lesser Divas Era.
Right. So from that point on, I won't make an issue of her credibility. Until then, I'm going to.So pinning Becky at Palooza instantly makes her credible.
It's not about getting her heat back, she didn't lose any heat. It's about the silliness of the most accomplished female wrestler in the history of the business running from someone who isn't a star. The return was already spoiled ahead of time, didn't really matter at that point how Becky got her comeuppance from the front or the back. She'll promo her way to getting her heat back.
No, I don't know the answer to that. There's no excuse for the product to be in the shape it's in.I think we both know the answer to that.
Oh no, this WAY predates Netflix. You people have accepted garbage for a long, long time now. Hell, just going back to last year, pre Netflix, all I heard was "Liv Morgan is the best wrestler in the business". Even from people who should know better.WWE fan standards officially flatlined back when the Netflix era began. So now we're at the point where people are just waiting for the next pop and the next sing along, which was clearly apparent last night, and which is part of the reason why people are so excited about AJ Lee despite her being no where near the level of most of the other women.
Ain't that the truth.Well most people in the West are idiots, and this is part of the reason why standards are so low.
I don't know anybody who defends 5 match PPV's. I see nothing but hatred for 5 match PPV's everywhere I go, and I expect it to only get worse now that people are paying 30 bucks a month to subscribe to a sports service most American WWE fans don't want.Y'all praise 5 match PLE's stuffed to the brim with legends but will attack AEW on Twitter all day, every day for booking extended PPV's or for doing different things relative to the norm.
Well, Asuka and Kairi are infinite times more charismatic and entertaining than Toni Storm. Sorry, them's the facts.Attack Toni Storm's character work but will be cool with 3 Asian chicks bickering and screaming at each other in Japanese like anime schoolgirls multiple times a night.
They're both shit tbh. Judgment Day are worse characters, I'd say, but Hangman is magnitudes of times more unprofessional.Hangman is an asshole, but Judgment Day gaming backstage is good TV to many.
And you could say the same thing about the other side. Some AEW fans hate WWE so much that they'll defend gummi bears being treated like thumbtacks. Some WWE fans are so focused on attacking AEW that they'll accept anything from WWE just so they can call it better. So I mean have at it.
There is only one justification that will work at this point. HEEL TURN.Ok, now can we have a bad justification to push Punk himself?
Oh there's a bunch of them out there defending it, and its just used as more ammo to dunk on AEW's PPV's that are too long. Let's not clamor for longer WWE PLE's with better angles and more talent booked, but let's use it as a beating stick to say "I told you"I don't know anybody who defends 5 match PPV's. I see nothing but hatred for 5 match PPV's everywhere I go, and I expect it to only get worse now that people are paying 30 bucks a month to subscribe to a sports service most American WWE fans don't want.
LOL GTFOH.Well, Asuka and Kairi are infinite times more charismatic and entertaining than Toni Storm. Sorry, them's the facts.
Its her energy, she's got very contagious positive energy that seeps though the screen and people can feel it. And most enjoy her work in the ring.I can't explain the hypnosis people have with Iyo Sky. She's uncharismatic as hell. I guess it has to do with her looks, because.....good lord is she attractive -_-, but she's terrible.
Lol the gummy bears were stupid. I wouldn't say its equal on both sides, but I do agree with that example. And you could say the same thing about the other side. Some AEW fans hate WWE so much that they'll defend gummi bears being treated like thumbtacks.
Let's be honest. Anything that one side loves about their side, if the other side did it, they would hate it. If WWE did a spot with gummi bears, AEW fans would be going "OH MY GOD LOOK AT HOW FUCKING STUPID THAT IS", and if AEW had Riho coming to the ring skipping to bubble gum pop to attack Mercedes Mone and Mercedes Mone was selling it like she'd just seen the Incredible Hulk, WWE fans would be going "OH MY GOD LOOK AT HOW FUCKING STUPID THAT IS". And you know I'm right.
A heel turn won't get him pushed. He's too good for them to push. The issue is talent, not alignment. He would become the heel that everybody humiliated, just like Drew Mcintyre. Do you really think that Triple H sees Punk as an untalented, uncharismatic hack who he has no interest in right now, but if he turns heel, he's gonna all of a sudden become Rollins or 2020 Roman Reigns? No. He's gonna be the charismatic, entertaining version of Drew. He's only there for babyfaces to beat down, just like he is for the heels, because Triple H's mind is made up. Or Asuka, for another example. He'd be male Asuka. There is only one justification that will work at this point. HEEL TURN.
I've legitimately never seen one comment supporting 5 match PPV's. Never. Not one. Everything I see about it, it's always negative. It's the one thing in wrestling I never see any dissent about.Oh there's a bunch of them out there defending it, and its just used as more ammo to dunk on AEW's PPV's that are too long. Let's not clamor for longer WWE PLE's with better angles and more talent booked, but let's use it as a beating stick to say "I told you"
No? You GTFOH with that horseshit you just said.LOL GTFOH.
I don't feel "very contagious positive energy" at all. I feel that with Asuka and Kairi, especially Asuka, but not with her. She doesn't have "it". She's an empty vessel. I wish I could feel what you marks feel. I just see her as ruining my experience as a wrestling fan.Its her energy, she's got very contagious positive energy that seeps though the screen and people can feel it.
I don't know why, it's fake, silly and un-fun to watch. And most enjoy her work in the ring.
