What purely because The Rock is back. Sure it will add to it more but the actual card is looking to be utter shite.
Wrestlemania could be the best ever?
The Rock is cofirmed involved and has started a rivalry and promised some action. This itself is awesome.
Undertaker returns at Elimination Chamber, although I don't know his role. No doubt the legend defends his streak at Wrestlemania.
Stone Cold is working on Tough Enough and with the WWE. They could perhaps persuade him to have some sort of role at Wrestlemania, or maybe the event persuades him itself. We were all dissappointed with no stunners when he was guest host, perhaps that would change now.
Triple H is almost guarenteed. He origionally wanted to return before, but I see no place for him at E.C. His movie is done and out so no doubt he will return at WM or before.
Mick Foley is rumored to be leaving TNA, and has had one TV role in 4 months. His good friend Rock is back, and he remains on brilliant terms with WWE, as seen when they promoted his most recient book. I'm sure he could be hevaily tempted to join aswell, and what better place than WM? Long shot though.
With 3 definite massive legenary returns, one which has a good chance and another long shot, this wrestlemania could easily be the best ever, and I mean the shit inbetween Alberto Vs Ray Mysterio and Miz Vs John Morrison, which I'm pretty positive will be the match ups.

In answer to the OP's first comments
The Rock- Yes great, but he's not going to make the show the greatest ever alone, and i'm a Rock mark

Overall, they need some solid matches for this event otherwise it could be lackluster.

I've learnt to never go into Wrestlemania expecting a lot because despite a good potential card, sometimes it disappoints but sometimes an average looking card turns into a fantastic Wrestlemania. I didn't think much of Wrestlemania 24's card but it was absolutely fantastic.
I go into Wrestlemania with a clean slate, so yes this Wrestlemania could be the best ever, or it could be the worst or maybe somewhere in the middle. We don't know yet until it actually happens but what I do know is that it's Wrestlemania and Vince pulls out all the stops so I always get excited about Wrestlemania no matter what the card.

Yes just like HBK/Taker was boring the previous 2 years because we knew Taker was going to win?
Seriously though,the big matches this year look really weak compared to past Mania's so it will no where near be the best WM ever although The Rock will blow the roof off the place and perhaps give us the greatest Wrestlemania moment of all time.

alot of hype participate or Rock hosting WM and Austin involve with WM at some point (we most likely to see PG Austin which is crap not TV14 Stone Cold foul mouth-middle finger gesturing rebel character) character because of Tough Enough make this WM something special but the card alone is abit weak... I have to say not best WM ever.
it very sad that WWE right now depended on old Vet Big stars like Rock to make it big, clearly nobody in current have IT factor on the level of Rock-Austin.

I think next year might be even more special. Rock will likely be inducted into the Hall of Fame (btw, who inducts him? Austin?), and he'll possibly have the big dream match with Cena.
Also, Undertaker will compete in his 20th WrestleMania so that will be HUGE.
This year should be solid, though.

If Vince can someone how manage to get both Sting and the Rock to actually wrestle at Mania than we are going to see a really special show.
Cena/Rock will pretty much be the battle of generations in the ring and in the crowd. The younger fans will root for their hero Cena and the older ones will be rooting for the guy that was their John Cena when they grew up (myself included). Undertaker/Sting is pretty much the biggest dream match that can still feasibly happen. With the atmosphere that match would create they would be able to have a special match if they just went out and threw punches.
I do have to say that those are 2 REALLY big ifs though.

It's really up to the Rock, he can make it one of the best by choosing to have a match with Cena, it's looking like a lackluster one otherwise.

I hope the OP realizes that these legends he speaks of and MORE competed in MATCHES in previous Wrestlemanias. Just them making appearances while having main events that belong on regular PPVs will not make this Mania the best. I'm not even going to order this event to be honest. The only way I would order this is if Sting vs Taker happened, but that's NOT going to happen so I simply won't order. If you want a sense of how low expectations are for this year's WM, just think about WM 19's card, build up, and matches. HBK vs Jericho, Triple H vs Booker T, AUSTIN VS ROCK, Lesnar vs Angle?! Those main events make this year's mania look like an episode of Smackdown if the matches we're all predicting (excluding Sting vs Taker) happen.

To the guy that said it, obviously you watch wrestling, and despite the fact that those guys have all faught, their presence in this one would change everything. The Rock has come to the ring many times, and his biggest have all been returns, same with the rest. I hate to hype this stuff up as it can fuck it all up. I see Taker, HHH and Rock making it the best for quite a few years on it's own, although Taker needs a great angle to make his live up to it and HHH should be a surprise appearance, which isn't THAT surprising. The Rock and Cena needs great work to push it, and I am begging that they don't let Cena be all like "Aww why are you being mean?" and we get an actual vicious rivalry. I'd LOVE to see Cena try the 5 Knuckle Shuffle, The Rock stand up, Spinebuster and Peoples Elbow, and Cena kicks out (Fight ending in Rock bottom). TBH The Rock being back makes this my fav wrestlemania since, well the last time he was in one.
