Would Undertaker being a heel for his career have had any profound impact?

Like let's say WWE decided to keep Undertaker as a heel for his entire career, would that have had any profound impact on him? Would that have changed fans perception of him at all. Obviously he would still have his fans, but would there any spill over from it?

You need a face run so that you can appreciate the heel turn.

Heel for life and 25 years would just be incredibly stale, limited, repetitive, predictable and most likely boring.

^this so much, the contrary also applies, you need a heel turn so you can appreciate the face run, it's the reason why Cena has been hated so much, he has become incredibly stale, limited, repetitive, predictable and boring
