Worst WHC since 2008?

Jack Swagger. In my opinion it was too soon for him. The WWE should have built him up over time with a few U.S. Title reigns. It wasn't planned very well and was forgettable.

Ziggler probably(if you counted that as a reign).
Swagger/Mysterios was also bad. The stuff Swagger was doing(including that whole segment with him and all his trophies and stuff), was good. But he was stuck in a feud with Big Show(who ruined Swaggers WHC reign and CM Punks SES stuff,I believe both in same year).
And then Mysterio randomly winning the title from him, only to lose it a month later in the MITB cashin from Kane.

Swagger, sadly. It just didn't look realistic at the time. I mean he was losing matches against Santino before winning the MITB. Just poorly booked. His feuds with Big Show during his reign didn't help. Not his fault though, the creative deserve the blame.
The only thing I liked about his reign is the cash in. It was totally unexpected at the time because he was a RAW wrestler cashing it on a SD! champion. They tried to make him look serious (he lost that smile) but it didn't work out.

When you say "worst", what do you mean.
Cause if you mean "worst wrestler that has been World Champion", then that is The Miz. By heaps and bounds. He is the worst WWE Champion of all time. And Miz vs Cena at WM27 is the worst Wrestlemania main event of all time.
Jack Swagger doesn't even come into the equation for me. He is a very good wrestler and nobody can deny his grappling skills. He was also very entertaining during this time. He had the Swagger Soaring Eagle, his father, all those trophies he liked to brag about and the epic push-up pyro entrance. Swagger was generally treated as a big deal. He was running Smackdown and it was good IMO. It was what came after he lost the title that ruined Swagger. His World Title run was actually booked pretty well in my opinion. He had some good matches with Orton and Morrison and his promos were great.

If they was so serious about him being World Heavyweight Champion, they could atleast build him up properly almost nearly a year like Edge back in 2005. But instead Swagger lost to nearly everyone on Smackdown before officially dropping the title to Rey Mysterio. His only match where he actually look legit when he defeated Randy Orton cleanly.

He lost 10 times during his title reign. Including to the likes of Kofi Kingston. That's not good booking. Also, wrestlers making fun of his lisp didn't help his cause either. I mean, it's hard to take him serious when he gets buried on the mic like that.

Good point, but I don't think the lisp thing was that big of a deal. Kofi shouldn't have beat him but I had no problem with Morrison beating him.

It wasn't the losing that killed off Swagger's reign, it was Vince forcing Swagger to play a "serious" role, instead of his usual comedic self that got him over with the writers in the first place.

I assume you're talking about the World Heavyweight Championship and the WWE Heavyweight Championship.
Dolph Ziggler has my vote easily, given the circumstances at the time he should'nt have won it in the first place. Jack Swagger as well and as much as I like guy he was booked atrociously then given the World Title I mean really given the lineage of that belt WWE would devalue it so much like that? Just bad all around.

Swagger sucked. Zigglers reign took the edge off him eventually getting a real run, Sheamus sucks dick.
