Don't try to put that garbage in my Era. The Invasion belongs in that transitional period after WM 17, where the AE was over, but the RA hadn't began yet. :trips
Most of the bad stuff like the rape/HLA/necrophilia angles have already been mentioned. Eugene was stupid too and so was trash like the Spirit Squad.
But Raw in 2004 was awesome, probably the best single brand year next to Smackdown 2003. Despite its flaws, RA was an awesome era full of enjoyable wrestling which matters the most to me. If I had to choose between Attitude and RA, I'd go with the latter because the matches I'll go over and watch again and again. The AE shows I will watch once and the most standout segments will be sparingly revisited along with whatever classic matches there was.

God Eugene was the the worst. Enjoyed Trips and Cena's run during these periods. Thought Trips deserved after being no.3 for so long. Loved the RA era overall.
Something that bothered me most about the RA era was that after Austin, Rock, and those guys left we didn't see Jericho pushed. After the undisputed run (which wasn't good) he didn't do much of anything besides feuds with Christian, Highlight reel, etc. RAW didn't have the talent SD had early on imo, so not seeing Jericho as one of the top guys on the brand split version of RAW, in his prime never made sense to me.
Raw was shit in 03 aside from Evolution but 04 was an amazing year for the red brand.
Worst moments beside the obvious ones are Khali winning the WHC and embarrassing The Under-fucking-Taker (for fuck sake, whose brilliant idea was that ?!) and the whole Mike Adamle show fpalm
Ruthless Aggression era was awesome on Smackdown. On Raw, it was not good, though.
