World may be forced to go vegetarian by 2050

By the year 2050, you may be forced to become a vegetarian. That is, if Sweden's water scientists are to be believed.

According to the Stockholm International Water Institute, "There will not be enough water available on current croplands to produce food for the expected 9 billion population in 2050 if we follow current trends and changes towards diets common in western nations."

eople have been predicting the future since the dawn of time, and in doing so they changed the future or the outcome by doing somethign different or getting ready and preparing themselves for what was meant to come.

I dont think you got my point.

People have been predicting the future for as long as man has existed, yet the future has changed as well, people have been using their predictions to help guide them in other directions and go into other places, warn them of future comings and what to do and not to do.

And in this situation, I am sure but hte time 2050 rolls around, these same scientists will have thought of a solution to the problem.

Predictions itself is nothing more then guesses. Of course some predictions will come to be true eventually. I'm sure by 2050 we will find a way to convert sea water to fresh water, water is all around us. I just made a prediction didn't I? lol.
