You give Dave way too much credit. He ain't spoiling shit about WWE. Mostly, he's just making shit up and/or playing both sides like "As of now, The Rock is not planned to be at The Royal Rumble but plans could change". Basically, setting himself up to be "right" whether The Rock showed up or not.

Yeah. That’s what I find hilarious about those who get so worked up about Dave. Do they not actually listen to him? Most of the shit he says you can tell is him forming an opinion based on what he sees.

He’s a great source for historical data, but when it comes to opinion pieces, he is as trustworthy as Jim Cornette.
