I've been trying to find info on this and couldn't find any. The stadium was renovated last year and I think it has a retractable roof. I love WM outside starting out really bright and then getting darker and darker, adds so much more to the atmosphere. I was disappointed when I found out New Orleans Dome is inside but like I said I think it just got a retractable roof. Is there any info on if it'll be open for WrestleMania?

I don't think the former Superdome in New Orleans (Now it's the Mercedes Benz Dome) has a retractable roof. WrestleMania 31 will be outside I think.

It's an indoor stadium so it's an indoor Wrestlemania this year.

There is no retractable roof... I feel like you could have just easily googled that.

I would much rather have the event be inside. I have a ticket and I think it's going to rain. So sitting in a climate controlled environment that keeps the sound in sounds a lot better than sitting in the rain at a venue where the sound is just going to escape. It was horrible last year at Metlife. Cold, windy, and it felt like it was dead silent the entire time.
