Well, I guess technically it will be the official AEW debut of Sabu

I could see CM Punk returning at DoN just to get this awful speculation out of the way and to have a hype moment at the PPV

Only debut I could see is this man. Who else is there? If Mercedes is going to appear in AEW, it'll probably be at the Boston Garden show in a non-wrestling capacity.

Punk returns to ambush Omega, Ibushi debuts with a save.

IMO :

-No Kota debut happening here. Sides are currently even, I think he only shows up when the sides become unbalanced. So after a Takeshita turn or a BCC 5th appears....

-No Punk either. I think they will save that for Chicago and the United Center... it's going to be part of the draw for that show.

-Stat only returns in the post match of the TBS Championship match if Jade wins... otherwise if she were to return here, I'm not sure where it makes sense beyond a simple backstage announcement!/interview.

Unfortunately her ankles busted it could be a while

Punk could make a surprise appearance at DON as opposed to Collision. Statlander too. Other than that I don't see any debuts or returns happening.

I guess the thing is, the wait for Punk's return has not been hype, it's been nauseating and the wrestling media has hot takes every time Punk farts, so AEW might just want to put a clamp on it. Maybe they do the return on the PPV and Punk's first match on Collision?

If it were me, I'd run an ad/commercial spot during the PPV promoting that Chicago Collision debut, that is set to AFI's Miseria Cantare and put out the Second Coming show title and use the stars and the X'd up fist with the lightning bolts from his logo all over the advert to further tease Punk at Collision :
