The way he's going right now, I'd say pre-show at best. Possibly a spot if for some reason there's a multi-man match, but otherwise no. There's actually a better chance right now that Sandow makes SummerSlam than he does, which I don't know if that'll happen or not but the fact that the chances are better than Cody is, frankly, only a good thing. Honestly, he's not worth it.

I dont see him getting on the card, cant see anything for him to do, he wont be in the IC title match and since most of the mid carders dont have real feuds anymore, theres no point in putting him on the card.

Unfortunately not. He hasn't got a direction at the minute. He SHOULD be on the card but he'll either be filler or pre-show. Slight chance of a promo but I would say Miz is more likely to get that.

Cody has been in prominent matches on each PPV up until now, he's severely suffering from his loss to Big Show (just like everyone does). I believe something may come up for him, but until then, maybe a low profile match at summer slam. WWE would be proven fools to waste one of their youngest/brightest stars on the roster.

Agreed, Santino is likable, but he is just lugging the title around like it's nothing.

Not sure, he's been having some matches with him, maybe he'll go for it. Would mark if he won it.

Rhodes is getting on the card. I don't think that should be a big concern. Santino has a Smackdown opponent that seems to be lined up to challenge him for the US Title. So I don't think WWE will book Rhodes there. My guess is there will be a #1 contenders match at SummerSlam for the IC title and Rhodes, Christian, Sandow, Sin Cara, Ryback, and whoever else is left over will participate.

I honestly can't and will not believe that this is the WHC match for Summerslam. It's just so bleghh and boring.

Rhodes should have already been given a shot at Sheamus. Unless WWE is prepared to give Del Rio the win at SummerSlam, this match is pointless. As for being next, it depends on when Ziggler is scheduled to do his cash in. If Sheamus retains, I could see them doing a WHC scramble at Night Of Champions with Orton, Del Rio, Rhodes, Sheamus, Barrett, maybe Christian or another 6th person (Henry? Jericho? Bryan?) and then Ziggler cashes in on whoever wins.

He's been so directionless and irrelevant as of late so I'm not sure. WWE need to feature him seriously in the next few weeks if they want him in a relevant Summerslam spot. Placing him on Superstars and not featuring him on RAW lately is not helping him at all. At this rate I could see him on the pre-show or in some filler tag match that gets added at the last minute because WWE can't finish a PPV card. I'd like to see him take the U.S Title from Santino, but I doubt that will happen. Santino's had that title for FAR too long now and he needs to drop it and I don't care who he drops it to.

At best, some thrown-together match that gets no promotion. Sure seems like Cody's star has fallen substantially since his feud with the Big Show.

But according to wwe.com, Cody is scheduled for next weeks raw and smackdown. Hopefully this means he will be placed in a storyline!

Judging by the way he was booked on SD I think he's probably gonna be repushed soon. He got more offense on Sheamus in a TV match then anybody I can remember in a long long time, he literally dominated the match.

As for Summerslam? dunno, there isn't really anybody for him to face unless they him to Orton.
