I think the bottom one is the best out of those. It just proves that PSP7 isn't as crappy as everyone thinks.

1st 1 - 7/10

2nd 1 - 8/10

3rd 1 - 8.5/10

Just one Question though, I've always wanted to know how to get that text going along the bottom in PSP, seeing as how no one will tell me.

And as for Adam, just make a text box and type it. Then make a sqaure and put it under the text...

Yeah, the second one's probably the worst. The first one's the best. The third one ain't bad but psp just doesn't blend things as good as photoshop.

Your 1st on photoshop, Backgrounds fine maybe just add some sort of effect on the rockbottom instead of changing the opacity.

Top one is the best, the photoshop one, some more could have been done to it though like more effects, Background is the best on the first one too.
