Why were peoples t-shirts blocked out during Saturday Morning Slam?

wwe.com said:
STAMFORD, Conn. – WWE and Saban Brands' new, weekly half-hour show, "WWE Saturday Morning Slam," debuts on The CW Saturday, Aug. 25, at 10 a.m.

"WWE Saturday Morning Slam" is part of the television premiere of Vortexx on The CW, a Saturday morning kids’ television block reaching 110 million television households in the United States. This marks the first time since 2001 that WWE has a program in a kids’ time slot.

"WWE Saturday Morning Slam" packs riveting in-ring action, larger-than-life WWE Superstars and WWE’s entertaining brand extensions into the fastest, most energy-filled half-hour on television. WWE Superstar profiles, behind-the-scenes footage and an exclusive WWE match every week will all combine to make "WWE Saturday Morning Slam" the perfect destination for the youngest viewers in the WWE Universe. The show also includes highlights from WWE's be a STAR anti-bullying campaign and other community initiatives.

“We are extremely excited to partner with WWE to bring their world-class brand of entertainment to Vortexx,” Joel Andryc, Co-President of Vortexx, said. “With a focus on action, adventure and comedy, Vortexx is the perfect home for 'WWE Saturday Morning Slam' and will definitely excite our fans.”

“WWE has a long history on Saturday mornings, and we’re thrilled to make our action-packed return on exx with 'WWE Saturday Morning Slam,' ” Vince McMahon, WWE Chairman and CEO, said. “The new program enables us to further engage kids and families, a vital component of WWE’s passionate and multi-generational fanbase."

"blockbuster premiere match" LOL

I like how Santino comes out with the US title. Now the kiddies will know it's been pre-recorded, oh no.

I am no fan of the PG era but I have no problem with this actually. A Saturday Morning program for kids is a great idea and it brings back memories for me of getting up on Saturday morning and watching Livewire over a bowl of cereal as a kid.

"program for kids", are you saying there is a WWE program NOT geared toward us? HOW DARE WWE DO THAT! lol seriously, I agree with every word. I don't like the PG Era but I actually think this is a good idea. Its something WWE related for the little ones to watch.

I am ashamed to be a wrestling fan right now. Pandering to kids will only hurt them in the long run. Getting branded as kiddie is something that takes for ever to shake if you ever can. See Nintendo they make some hard as balls games but they are branded as kiddie.

I have no problem with pg but this shit right here does not fly on what wrestling stands for.

Though I did like how they had to quick cut the match because it didn't follow the rules of this show.

Armbar!

Honestly what was wwe thinking, they are putting there show in a dead block with barly any viewers

therefor it will flop

tada.

wwe might be big, but it isn't pokemon or spongebob or phineas and ferb, so they aren't really going to draw much viewers if any at all.

You know this is a good idea for the WWE. It may not work for us older fans but the WWE wants to grow a fanbase for the future, what better way to do that than by creating a Saturday morning show? It's how I got interested in the WWE over 20 years ago.

Again, what business sense does it make to pander to about 1/5 of your audience while completely alienating the 4/5? You wanna grow a new generation of fans? You do that by putting on an entertaining wrestling product week after week. Kids are gonna want to watch cool stuff; they play GTA for crying out loud.
