I do wonder why after all the crap Vince and company had done to him Jim like make fun of his problem, not tell him the move to smackdown, making fun of his injury, mock his surgery on air, having Linda kick him in the groin, etc... he never said "fuck it" and jump ship to TNA in 2010? Why after all the abuse did he stay loyal to WWE?

Getting paid well and he genuinely loved what he was doing, you can tell he did and he has a lot of wrestling knowledge.

Say what you want about good ole JR. He was a loveable gimmick that the fans ate up but the man behind the gimmick is a miserable, pig-eyed sack of shit that almost has just as much blood on his hands as Vince does when it comes to all the bad things that have happened over the years to both ex-talent and current talent.
Mr. LordKain at you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I've ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response was there anything that could even be considered a rational thought. Everyone on this forum is now dumber for having read it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

JR is smart. He knew, right from the moment he left WCW in 1993, that the direction WCW was going in was not going to last for long. Sure, that was in 1993, but during his time at WWF, JR had the foresight to know that the talent they were getting would one-up WCW eventually. When Bischoff fired him and McMahon hired him, JR gained that loyalty no matter what.

Then, when WCW got bought out, JR knew that there wouldn't be another rival. He's a professional wrestling announcer. Yes, he can do other sports, but WWE was the only dog in the yard. JR knew the business to not be offended by the petty kayfabe BS that spews from Vince's brain. Again, the loyalty came from getting a chance to work at WWE. Why go to TNA when you know it's nowhere close to the caliber of WWE at the time?

JR really is one of a kind. If I dealt with all the crap he did, I would've done as many shoot interviews on the company and McMahon as possible immediately after being fired/not offered an extension for the first time.

But, thank God that's not what I have to deal with. JR is one patient and persistent guy, thats for sure.

He's like us, hoping that through all of our loyal service we get something good out of it.

Are you really that naive?
I have no idea of any dirt of Jim Ross, so yeah. I just want to hear your side as to why he has dirt on him, I am not going to judge until I hear YOUR SIDE. I know about him not liking Kong, but I want to hear about this dirt.

If your Joking then okay, but if you are serious before people crap on you it would be a good idea for you to present why he is that way.

Because he had a ton of dirt on him that's why.

Yeah I would to, where he is getting this from. I remember the shit that people had on Urban Meyer on Yahoo Answers and they HAD NOTHING they said there was all sorts of infractions, they SWEAR. He better have something to back up his claim or he be joking(he might be). If he don't then I laugh, if he does I clap and see what he has to offer.

he was head of talent relations from 96..he was the no. 2 guy in the company for all intents and purposes.

then he decided to move back to Oklahoma and showed up drunk at a press conference (allegedly but his speech was slow and slurred)

Well he said that was because of his Bell's palsy and I can be leave that. as he gets older I'll guess it'll get worse and it must all the time try not to slur his speech.
