From a workrate perspective, that would be an incredible match. Unfortunately, we're not going to see anything close to it. Honestly, a SD only MITB match would be pretty entertaining because I can't think of many people from RAW (aside from JoMo obviously and Bourne if he's healthy) that would go in the match.
As for Hawkins, yes he deserves a push based on his talent. He's an excellent worker and has been relatively entertaining the few times we've heard him speak. The problem with him getting a push is that he's buried underneath a pile of heels on SD. He's lower than Drew, Swagger, Rhodes, and Reks in the mid-card alone.
