Because he's a hard working employee who does a lot of media work, appearances, and red carpet events for the WWE and loves doing it.

He seemed like a new man after he returned from Marine 3 shoot. And such a motivated Miz just excels and is captivating to watch.

He can wrestle, this is just another one of those myths that people write down without even paying attention. He might not be the best technical wrestler but his moveset is smooth and interesting to watch. He's in-between average to above-average in ring, and add the charisma and mic skills and you have a pretty nice WWE Superstar in Miz.

I agree he has charisma, but it's widely established that the miz cant wrestle and it's the only reason why he will never fully make it, and you would think after all these years and after how hard he tries to get his name up there his in ring skills would atleast be acceptable.

Considering Miz came from a reality tv show im surprised hes lasted this long in WWE. Its obviously cos he does all the media for WWE and is really good at hyping up the shows, hes a good mic worker, and his character really is entertaining to watch, his ring skills are not the best but hes capable of wrestling a decent match. I guess Vince loves him for all that

I seem to have the opposite feelings about the miz.
Your saying he's a great mic worker and a bad in ring worker.
It's the complete opposite for me.
Decent in the ring, yet his acting and facial expressions are so bad. He reminds me of a cartoon character.

But anyway back in topic, he's still employed because he's above average and WWE early see a future in him
