Because he's saving everything he has to revive the XFL?

I'm surprised he hasn't sold the wwe yet.

I understand your point OP I do agree he should use 'No More Words' as his theme but 'Loaded'(Hardy Boyz) theme, is more synonymous with Jeff because he used it as a singles wrestler whenever he split with Matt so I'm okay with that.

They need to use the original version of the Hardy Boys theme then because the remix is terrible and drags on.

Why is Roman Reigns still using The Shield's theme?

Licensed music seems to be a thorn in everyone's side nowadays. Video games have that issue now too. By the way, I miss that theme from Jeff Hardy's 2008-09 run.

Because the Hardys theme is well known and well liked by the fans, so Jeff doesn't need some licensed music to get over.
WWE is only concerned about saving money. They're not going to pay some band for a song if the wrestler is already over with an existing entrance.

Well for one, they probably no longer have the rights to use the music. And two, wasn't the singer of this band and song a child rapist that's now rotting away in prison?
Nah, you're thinking of Lostprophets, who contributed the song "Rooftops" to that awesome Jeff Hardy video package at the start of 2008 in the feud with Randy Orton. Their lead singer Ian Watkins was a scummy fuck.
