Why do you love wrestling?

I like it for a variety of reasons. I enjoy the entertainment factor of it, the promos, the storylines/angles and the characters. But I also enjoy the in ring action as well.

Same here, lol.

I started watching in 91 and have been hooked ever since. People say to me "How can you watch that crap?, It's so blatently fake". My answer to them is that they make it quite clear that it's not a sport, it's entertainment. I see it almost as a soap opera or a form of theatre.

My favourite feud is still the early attitude era feud between Austin and Mcmahon; basically because I think that every blue collard worker in the world can relate to that storyline. I'm pretty sure there isn't a person in the world who didn't want to punch their boss in the mouth at some point.

It's a soap opera mixed with testosterone ... but seriously, I like it b/c it has a bit of everything ...

Because.

I myself love to see how many components blend together. There's the wrestling action, the promos, the storylines, the reality side of things w/ commentators, it's just so much stuff blending together to form, to me, a great show.

I enjoy the entertainment.

I was just amazed by what some of the guys can do. It also, it's a good stress reliever and takes me to a good place, away from the troubles that plague the world today. I know that every Monday, Thursday, Friday and 2 Sunday's a month (plus all the DVD's I watch), I can just be a kid again and enjoy the excitement and entertainment that I have fell in love with for over 20 years.

I love how unique the whole thing is. I love the fantasy world that pro-wrestling takes place in. I was never much of a sports person growing up and the spectacle of the WWF drew me in. My love for it has evolved over the years and the fact I can appreciate elements like character work and moves and the even deeper stuff like psychology and selling.

I watch it because it takes me back to my childhood which was an innocent time. I stay watching wrestling as i enjoy the whole spectacle of it,from how the crowds react and how a wrestler reacts to the sheer drama of matches which when watching a great match keep me on the edge of my seat.
