Probably failed a drug test but honestly he wasn't ready for the Strap and at that point they had to build the MITB up so each winner had to win the belt and Kennedy wasn't Championship material

Yea, I agree Edge was a better champion than Kennedy would be. But it's sad seeing as he could have been a mega heel.

Yeah, he was injured. I think if it weren't for him being injured he would have cashed in on UnderTaker (who also had to loose the ChampionShip because he was injured). If it wasn't for UnderTaker's (& Mr. Kennedy's injury) injury Mr. Kennedy might have cashed in at WrestleMania XXIV like he said (They even featured a calender/clock on WWE.com counting down the days for his Cash-In at WrestleMania.

Yeah, Kennedy was injured (which wasn't as serious as WWE thought) so they freaked out and made him lose it, he got labeled as injury prone during his run with WWE which is a shame. Alot of guys would think that Kennedy wasn't ready but i'd rather see the title on someone new (who in my opinion would have risen to the challenge of being champion) than have Edge win the title again. Edge bored me to death, always liked Christian better in every way. To this day WWE overrates the fuck outta Edge and i'm sick at how many title reigns he got. Quite a few were short "what's the point" title reigns.

It was a stupid decision to make him lose the MITB for being injure. He could've made a surprise return and cash it in when everyone least expected it. It all work out with Edge at the end anyway so whatever.

woulda liked to see him off tv for a couple months, and come back out of nowhere! Always thought he was very talented, but his problem seemed to be injury and politics.

Yeah, Kennedy could have been a really big star but he got injured and when WWE wanted to push him again (main eventing WM 24 with Hunter) with the whole Vince's son he got in trouble when he got tested positive.

If he wasn't so Injury prone, failed drug tests, and a stiff worker that many WWE wrestlers complained about, Mr. Kennedy could've been a huge star. It was clear as day they wanted to push him to the main event scene.
